One of the solutions I have been working with is called AlertTrac, an application that is being used for various purposes. My main task has been to develop the product to suit the needs of critical alarm operators in hospitals. The operator is, like an SOS operator, responsible for answering emergency calls and make sure that the right staff get to the right place, as fast as possible. Common scenarios are e.g., cardiac arrests and trauma.
